We invest in our employees. We support our staff in training and personal development and encourage them to forge their own career paths. We are consistent in upskilling our engineers and keep up to date with the market changes so we can provide exciting new solutions for clients.  

Apprenticeships 

We are pleased to be an apprentice employer and find great enjoyment in developing our trainee electricians and supporting them to achieve their career goals. A large number of our work force originally started out as apprentices and are working with us to this day. 

Project Management 

Select are pleased to offer a full project management service for clients. We have highly skilled and sought after Project Managers, Designers and Network Planners as part of our permanent in house team, with a collective experience of 60+ years in Electrical, data and CCTV project management. 

Supply Chain 

We have developed a wide network of reliable and consistent suppliers. Our products maintain the highest of standards and we make sure we pass on our savings to the customer. 

Customer Service 

We value customer service and engage with customers to find out how best we can serve them.
